I wrote the wrong address, what can I do?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at milkywaymagicshop@icloud.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. If it has already shipped, you will need to reach out to the shipping provider (USPS) for further assistance. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any address changes. Shipping labels are generated using the address information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please ensure your address is accurate before completing your purchase.
My package is lost/stolen, what can I do?
Once we ship a package, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service and the customer in the country of destination. As such, please contact your local USPS to help locate your package and supply the tracking number associated with your order. If your package still hasn't arrived after a week, you can file a missing mail request on the USPS website and they will help locate the package for you.
